The final outer cover is our pride and joy. A combination of nylon and
cotton, it feels like the softest velvet. However, it is much hardier
than velvet and can be unzipped and tossed into your washing machine.

covers are stain-resistant to water-based lotions and lubricants. If you're playing

Which size Liberator Shapes are right

The sensuous outer cover zips right off and is machine washable. The
inner, water-resistant nylon cover easily washes clean with a damp cloth
or sponge. When not in use, you can store your Liberator Shapes in the
durable nylon "Gear Bag" to
keep them clean and always looking good.
Are Liberator Shapes guaranteed?
We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment
of Liberator Shapes! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days of shipment for a prompt refund, or for an exchange
of product or size. All returned merchandise must be unused - we cannot accept
a sexual product once it has been in use. If your merchandise fits this criteria
and if you've been issued an RMA, please then ship it prepaid in its original
carton along with a copy of your invoice and RMA confirmation.
How do I return Liberator Shapes?
All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department. To obtain
approval, simply contact us via e-mail at customerserv@liberatorshapes.com or
by
phone toll free at 1-866-542-7283 and explain the reasons for your return.
Our Customer Service Representative will issue a Return Authorization Number
(RMA#) and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time. Please note
that an RMA confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail for your records.
How do I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and determine that it complies with our Returns Policy,
we will promptly refund the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes.
We do not issue credit for shipping and handling charges except if you were sent
an incorrect or defective product.
We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed. Your
refund will be credited to the credit card that you used to make your purchase.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card
statement.
How do I receive an exchange?
For a merchandise exchange, the returned items (once received) will be credited
to your credit card less shipping and handling charges. Your replacement order
will be charged to your credit card and processed in accordance with our current
pricing policy.
